Exposure website
During the year, Exposure’s internet activities were funded by a Local
Area Agreement with Haringey Council. Clear and easy to navigate, Exposure’s
award winning website is a tool to promote services to young people, funders
and clients. It contains regular news updates, video, audio and magazine downloads,
as well as information on Exposure’s range of media activities and
how young people can participate. The website also features photos
of dozens of
young volunteers, together with quotes explaining what Exposure
means to them and how they've benefited from their involvement.
A section called ‘Where
are they now?’ gives an update on what ex-volunteers are doing
and how Exposure helped them on their way. Testimonials from
local referral agencies
who value Exposure’s services are also available. During the year a
gallery section was introduced, with photographs of various Exposure activities,
including from ‘Strike a Pose’, a photography workshop for
young people run by Exposure as part of Haringey Summer University.
